About Akuntax: Tax, Accounting and Licensing Consultants Since 2001

Akuntax was established in 2001. For more than two decades we have worked with individuals, small businesses and large companies on their tax, accounting and business licensing. Today we serve clients across Indonesia.

USKP is Indonesia's Tax Consultant Certification Exam (Ujian Sertifikasi Konsultan Pajak). A consultant who has passed it and holds a practice license from the Ministry of Finance is licensed to practise as a tax consultant. A Tax Court attorney license is a separate permit to represent taxpayers before the Tax Court.

The Chair of the Tax Court issues the attorney license. The requirements are set by Minister of Finance Regulation (PMK) 184/PMK.01/2017, which remains in force. Since 12 April 2024, applications have been filed online through the e-Tax Court system.

At Akuntax, every consultant holds USKP certification and a Ministry of Finance practice license. Agung Nugroho Premi Yudono and Nurmalasari also hold Tax Court attorney licenses. A dispute that reaches the Tax Court can therefore stay with the team that handled the audit. BKP after a name is a designation commonly used by certified consultants, not a separate license.

Our clients work in manufacturing, trading and export, hospitals and clinics, sharia cooperatives (KSPPS BMT) and rural banks (BPR), education, hotels and catering, and property. They range from individual owners and small businesses to large companies.

Each sector reports to different people, from owners and boards to trustees and supervisors. That variety shapes how we prepare tax, accounting and licensing work for each client.

In line with our professional code of ethics, we do not publish client names, the number of clients we serve, or testimonials. The same discretion applies to everything you share with us, from ledgers to letters from the tax office.
